We have a legal minimum wage level here.  It&#039;s not going to make you a multi-millionaire, but it does offer some protective backstop.  Also as I understand it, you can study to be in the hospitality industry.  ie waitressing/waitering (Are they real words?)  So presumably this means they are meant to offer professional career choices?  Also presumably, if you are qualified as such, you can justifiably argue for better wages and conditions to match your service skills, this thereby nullifies the need for tipping.</description>
