Just so it's not lost in translation, "Oh yeah!" is not the same as "Yeah right" (refresh the page for more examples).

I always wish that there was a smiley for the two fingered victory sign one makes with their hand when I read posts like this, although most people would likely misinterpret what I mean by using it. In China it is a form of very cutesy body language and means, Oh Yeah!
