Angelo, as per the comment above yours I'm not using WPG2; in the post I noted 'I found WPG2 to be too much trouble'. I'm using Gallery 2.2.5 core 1.2.0.7 with iPhoto 7.1.5, and upload with one of two iPhoto plug-ins: iPhotoToGallery or GalleryExport for iPhoto (preferred, despite perpetual beta status). As for WordPress/ Gallery integration, I'm still using this method.

Hi Bruce,

Are you still using (June 2009) the iPhoto --> Gallery2 --> WPG2 setup? I gave it a try but it bombed out my WP installation right after installing the WPG2 plugin. It appears they have stopped developing it and it's not very backwards compatible, although I'm still using WP 2.5.1. In any event, it seems to me it was a good solution, while it lasted, right?

I don't use WPG2 Arnav SO I CAN'T HELP YOU, sorry. Alternatively, here is how I integrate Gallery 2 into WordPress using an iframe (no WPG2).

PLEASE HELP ME. you seem to have done research on wpg2. I have a blog at http://www.arnav.bookrum.com and the gallery page is "Test PAGE" i am using WPG2 in embedded mode.. but my gallery is RIGHT SHIFTED. I am also using customised wpg2header to remove the TOP BOX as in other pages.. helpppp please...

Oh, I'm flattered. :) Nice howto, Bio-man. Ain't Gallery fun? And you're right about all the reasons not to use G2 embedded. I guess I'm just a sucker for (albeit non validating) unified aesthetics. ;-)
