Sharing repeated bad experiences with British Airways...
We've recently sworn to avoid BA if possible. Almost every time my wife and/or I travel between Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and Birmingham (England) we arrive late, arrive on a different flight, or at a different airport. Enough is enough. Don't choose BA just because you have air miles to use up—it isn't worth the air rage.
Update 30.01.04: BA wants compensation over snow: "British Airways wants £1m from airports group BAA after it was forced to cancel flights from Heathrow because of the recent snow." Now that's sweet; if they cancel on us do we get compensated? No way!
